Hi, I’m Jessica — the baker and creative behind Vittoria Bakehouse!

Based in Norfolk County, I’m a self-taught baker who’s been making sugar cookies since I was a kid. Over the years, I’ve held onto that original recipe refining it along the way so every cookie is perfectly soft, sweet, and made to be enjoyed.

Vittoria Bakehouse grew from something simple: sharing my cookies with friends and family. What started in my kitchen has turned into a way to connect with the community I love, one cookie at a time.

I specialize in custom, hand-decorated sugar cookies for all kinds of occasions, from birthdays, weddings, corporate events, celebrations, or just because. Each order is thoughtfully made and designed to bring your ideas to life, creating treats that are just as meaningful as they are beautiful.

Alongside custom orders, I offer seasonal pre-orders throughout the year, and you can also find me at select local markets and events around Norfolk County.

The name Vittoria Bakehouse is inspired by my home baking space in the Vittoria (Normandale) area, a place I love for its charm, its closeness to the water, and its strong sense of community. I operate as a pre-order home bakery and am regularly inspected by Grand Erie Public Health.
