Hi, I’m Jessica — the baker and creative behind Vittoria Bakehouse!
Based in Norfolk County, I’m a self-taught baker who has been making sugar cookies since childhood. I still use the same original recipe today, with a few refinements to ensure every cookie is perfectly soft and delicious.
Vittoria Bakehouse was created to share the cookies I’ve been baking for friends and family with the community I love.
I specialize in custom hand-decorated sugar cookies for all occasions — from birthdays and weddings to corporate events, celebrations, and thoughtful gifts. Each order is made with care and designed to bring your ideas to life through beautifully decorated cookies that create lasting memories. In addition to custom orders, I offer seasonal pre-orders throughout the year and can be found at select local markets and events in Norfolk County.
The name Vittoria Bakehouse is inspired by my baking space at home in the Vittoria area (Normandale), a place I love for its charm, nearby water, and strong sense of community. I currently operate as a pre-order home bakery, regularly inspected by Grand Erie Public Health!
